At "how to order" you can use our form, however we also accept your PO forms. Please refer to our article numbers in your order and include purchase order number for reference, your telephone and fax number and complete shipping and billing information (the mandatory items are bold marked on our order form).

For technical information you can send us an e-mail at our support department. The product lists are shown at "Nucleic acid Technology" and :Serology". The list prices are given. In case you want to use our products on a regular basis we will define a discount. Discounts depend on duration and productvolume.

For NAT products laboratories you may have to include an import permit with the order. As recipient you are responsible for import and acceptance of the biological substances. Please ask at your national authorities for the requirements of importing biological substances.

Shipment and storage conditions

NAT products are considered potentially infectious and are classified as Biological substances, Catagory B (Class 6.2, UN3373) according to the technical instructions prepared by IATA. Products are shipped evry Monday on dry ice by courier service.

Liquid and lyophilised products for viral serology are based on inactivated standards and are considered non-infectious. Accelerated degradation studies have shown that shipment at room temperature does not affect the quality of serology products. Therefore we ship without temperature control.

Receival of orders is confirmed by e-mail direct after receival. When on stock products are shipped on the next Monday after receival of the order. Otherwise an expected delivery date is given.
